Pakistan: Sunni jihad-martyrdom suicide bomber murders three outside Shi’ite mosque

This is the second attack on a mosque in Pakistan in two days. No one will take much notice, because the attackers were Muslims. If non-Muslims had attacked two mosques in Pakistan, the “human rights community” would be in an uproar, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation would be thundering about global “Islamophobia,” and the UN would be busy issuing resolutions condemning the bombings and calling for respect for holy places. Barack Obama would probably have a few choice words to say as well.

But the silence of all these groups on these bombings yesterday and today demonstrates their hypocrisy: they claim Islam is a Religion of Peace but say nothing when Muslims commit acts of violence against other Muslims in the name of Islam, tacitly accepting that their own narrative is false and that a certain level of violence from Muslims is to be expected. The only time any of the “Islamophobia”-mongers will mention such incidents will be to say that most jihad violence is against other Muslims, so as to imply that Muslim-on-Infidel violence is not statistically significant, and to claim (falsely) that those whom they tar as “Islamophobes” aren’t concerned when Muslims are victims of jihad.

Note one thing, however: this story, and many, many others like it, appears here at Jihad Watch. Now go search Leftist and Islamic supremacist sites, and sites devoted to the alleged enormities of “Islamophobes,” and you will find no mention of this, or of any other such incident.

Do the Shi’ite victims of Sunni persecution in Pakistan not have human rights? Do they not have a right to live?

“Suicide bomber at Shiite mosque in Pakistan kills 3, injures 10,” from theAssociated Press, December 18:

A Pakistani police officer says a suicide bomber blew himself up outside a Shiite mosque in the northern Pakistani city of Rawalpindi, killing three people.Mohammed Qamar says the bomber was on a motorcycle near a police checkpoint outside the mosque when he blew himself up Tuesday evening….

The country has seen a surge in sectarian violence in recent years targeting members of the minority Islamic sect. Many Sunni militants do not view the Shiites as true Muslims.

No kidding, really?
